As a perfumer, one of the most common questions I hear is: “How may sprays are in this bottle of perfume?” It’s such a practical question, and honestly, one I love answering because it helps you make the best choice for your fragrance journey.

The truth is, the number of sprays you get depends on your bottle size and atomizer type, but I can give you some reliable estimates that I’ve learned through years of creating and testing fragrances.

How many sprays – the magic numbers

Let me break this down for you, bottle by bottle:

2ml Discovery Sample Size: 20-25 sprays

These little gems are perfect for testing a new fragrance or tucking into your handbag. Don’t let their size fool you, with 20-25 sprays, a 2ml bottle can last you about 2-3 weeks if you’re using it daily, or several months if you’re rotating between different scents. I always recommend starting with a 2ml if you’re unsure about a fragrance. It gives you enough time to really get to know how it develops on your skin.

How many sprays in a 50ml full size perfume bottle: 500-650

The classic full-size bottle offers incredible value with 500-650 sprays. We’re talking around 16-21 months of daily wear! This is ideal if you’ve found “the one”, that perfect fragrance that makes you feel completely yourself every time you wear it.
